Welcome to Resonate Empowerment Solutions!
“Where We Don’t Just Talk About Patterns, We Change Them”
About Resonate Empowerment Solutions
You do not have to keep holding everything together by yourself.
You may be the person others depend on. You handle responsibilities, show up for work, care for your family, and keep moving even when you feel overwhelmed inside.
From the outside, it may look like you are doing well. Internally, you may feel mentally exhausted, emotionally reactive, disconnected from yourself, misunderstood, or frustrated that everyday tasks feel harder than they should.
You may understand your patterns and still feel stuck in them.
At Resonate Empowerment Solutions, therapy is a space where you can slow down, understand what is happening beneath the surface, and begin making changes that feel realistic and sustainable.
Hey There, I’m Kianna!
I am a licensed therapist and ADHD clinical services provider who works with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, burnout, trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges.
I created Resonate Empowerment Solutions for people who are tired of being told to simply try harder, calm down, get organized, or move on.
My approach recognizes that many of the struggles people experience are not caused by laziness, weakness, or a lack of motivation. They are often connected to nervous system responses, unresolved experiences, executive functioning challenges, learned survival patterns, and beliefs that developed long before you understood how deeply they were affecting you.
Therapy with me is not about judging how you survived. It is about helping you understand what you have been carrying and decide what you no longer want to carry moving forward.

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than eight years of experience in social work and behavioral health.
My professional background includes private practice, psychiatric care, crisis intervention, hospital social work, trauma-informed treatment, and support for individuals and families navigating complex emotional and mental health concerns.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University and a Master of Social Work from Alabama A&M University. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider.
I continue to pursue advanced training in ADHD, trauma, Brainspotting, emotional regulation, and culturally responsive care so that the support I provide remains thoughtful, practical, and evidence-informed.

I primarily work with adults (18+) who may be experiencing:
ADHD and executive functioning challenges
Anxiety, overthinking, and chronic worry
Emotional dysregulation or difficulty managing strong emotions
Burnout and mental exhaustion
People-pleasing and difficulty setting boundaries
Low self-esteem and feelings of not being enough
Childhood trauma and unresolved family wounds
Attachment concerns and unhealthy relationship patterns
Grief, loss, and major life transitions
Difficulty resting without guilt
Feeling successful on the outside but overwhelmed internally
Many of my clients are caring, capable, and self-aware. They often know what they “should” do but struggle to put that knowledge into action consistently.
They may also be the strong person in their family, workplace, or relationships and feel like there is rarely space for them to fall apart, ask for help, or be fully honest about what they need.
-
I believe therapy should be supportive, honest, practical, and tailored to the person in front of me.
You will not be expected to perform, have the perfect words, or show up with everything already figured out. We will work together to understand your experiences, identify patterns, build emotional awareness, and develop tools you can actually use outside of therapy.
Depending on your needs, I may incorporate:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Solution-Focused Therapy
Trauma-informed therapy
Brainspotting
Mindfulness and grounding techniques
Attachment-based interventions
Executive functioning and ADHD strategies
Values clarification
Emotional regulation skills
Our work may include processing past experiences, challenging deeply rooted beliefs, improving boundaries, learning how to regulate your nervous system, and creating systems that work with your brain rather than against it.
I will support you with compassion, but I will also help you look honestly at the patterns, choices, and relationships that may be keeping you stuck.
You Are Allowed to Need Support
You do not have to wait until everything falls apart before seeking therapy.
You do not have to prove that your pain is serious enough.
You do not have to continue repeating patterns simply because they are familiar.
You are allowed to want more peace, healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, better emotional regulation, and a life that does not constantly leave you depleted.
